Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract required unless you select an annual plan. Members may cancel at any time by contacting Hometown Fitness directly. Annual memberships may be subject to cancellation policies outlined at the time of enrollment.
5. Facility Rules
All members and guests must follow the gym's rules and code of conduct, including but not limited to: proper equipment use, re-racking weights, maintaining cleanliness, and treating staff and other members with respect. Hometown Fitness reserves the right to revoke membership for violations.

Exercise involves inherent risks. By using our facility, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Hometown Fitness, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in fitness activities. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
